  • ½ onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic,chopped
  • 2 quarts water
  • 4 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste 
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ head cabbage,cored and coarsely chopped
  • 1(14.5 ounce) can Italian style stewed tomatoes,diced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley for garnishing

Step by Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic cook for 5 minutes until onion is transparent.

Step 2

Stir bouillon,salt,and pepper in water.Boil it then stir cabbage in it.Boil about 10 minutes until cabbage wilts.

Step 3

Add tomatoes,boil it for about 15 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 4
